Here, I performed direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in a warehouse style manufacturing facility while encountering considerable demands along gaining experience throughout various departments.

e.g. Single size homes, family size (multi floors) and or Town home units.

• Followed proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures to keep equipment in good working condition
• Promoted a positive work environment by demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills
• Identified and reported hazards on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assisted in reducing material waste by accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed

Lead window installer while also gaining further experience with exterior framing and sheathing, while building to specific prints and model codes. This position also consisted of but was not limited to; the use of nail guns, tape measures and saws, with some knowledge of stud spacing & nail separation.

Saw Operator:

• Trained newly hired employees on machine operations and control set ups, explaining safety procedures to prevent injuries
• Demonstrated flexibility in completing tasks on various types of saws such as table saws, band saws, miter saws, or panel saws depending on project needs
• Ensured timely completion of projects by accurately measuring and cutting materials according to specifications

Truss Department:

• Paid attention to detail while completing assignments
• Assembled parts correctly according to specifications, reducing quality issues
• Enhanced truss assembly efficiency by streamlining production processes and implementing time-saving techniques

Constructed various rooms and walls that were given by computerized prints and or model codes. This position also consisted of but was not limited to; the use of nail guns, tape measures and saws, with some knowledge of stud spacing & nail separation.

• Followed blueprints and diagrams to complete projects according to specifications
• Worked with more knowledgeable professionals to grow understanding of principles and construction standards

• Utilized hammers, saws, squares, levels, and fastening devices to complete projects
