For the last 40+ years I have been a state certified General Contractor license # CGC 045332 owned and operated Everglades General contracting Services Inc. During my years of being a contractor I have worked closely with clients, their office managers and support staff, where necessary. At certain times, I have operated several crews and trucks doing multiple projects. In the course of my business I estimated all construction trades, setting up cost estimates, schedules and safety for various projects. I am a very good with people in finding their strong and week points and placing them where they will be most cost effective. I consider myself a strong leader and a good communicator and enjoy teaching others the construction trades. I work well with engineers, and inspectors recognizing issues before they become problems and finding solutions wherever possible. Due to my experience above I have attained a working knowledge of all facets of the commercial building envelope, from the structural to the inner workings, complete with electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

• Restored the historic covered bridge for the City of Coral Springs along with exterior face lifts of retail facilities and fire houses.
• Worked for the City of Miami Dade County at their water treatment plant cutting and forming holes in million-gallon treatment tanks to install new piping.
• Broward County renovation of living facility of the House of Hope, and renovated lift stations.
• Maintenance contract for Shell Oil for over 100 locations throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
