Sally Hurley

I work with special needs students, including students with mild and moderate who are in ILS, Life Skills students
in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. I also work with mild Autistic, down syndrome, non verbal students.
In addition to being a PTA, I also assist in doing other job responsibilities as requested by the head teacher. Those
additional job responsibilities are as such, bi weekly progress monitoring for IEP students, work 1 on 1 or in a
small group setting with students, filing, copying, and assembling work books and work packets for each student.
Correct students homework and correct daily classroom work sheets.
Occasionally teach as needed.
Provide assistance to students during independent work periods, offering guidance and encouragement as needed
to students. Help students work through issues when they are having an off day to help get back on track.
Work through student breakdown issues.

Assist lead in preparing meals for students, prepare banquet and catering events and displays, set up all tv screen
programs for the cafe. A lot of other various job duties.

Install, sand and refinish/finish old and new hardwood floors
Scheduling of jobs and estimate

Answering/Returning phone calls
Billing
Tax books
All aspects of owning and working with a small family business
