• As a Truck delivery driver for this company we play a crucial role when it comes to timely and proficient deliveries for numerous job sites we acquire as they develop. Charter mechanical specializes in supplying Industrial grade and commercial HVAC and plumbing services, pipe fabrication, water suppression systems and everything in between. As a driver our priority is transporting materials as needed to and from jobsites, assisting with any and all job orders fit to our job description and keeping a tight ship when it comes to our trucks. We operate all types of vehicles, Vans, Trailers, trucks, flat/stake beds, but our main transport is thru a 26-ft box truck.

As a Park Tech we performed routine maintenance on park facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. Duties and tasks are to perform upkeep of our designated parks assigned to each team within our district. Managed 8-12 parks on a weekly basis.

• Park garbage bins and dog stations (refill and dispose)

• During employment there, my position/role I took on numerous tasks to ensure upkeep of property and cleanliness. As a groundskeeper maintaining sidewalks, building entrances, business bathrooms, leasing office areas free from debris and trash. Occasional pressure washing and landscaping as needed. Maintaining products and garages in an orderly and organized manner. Helps maintain a clean work environment and is visually more appealing to residents as we use garages as model units for rentable spaces.
• As a maintenance technician we conduct a various number of repairs throughout the property. Basic upkeep of units from fixing drywall repairs, occasionally painting units and touching up walls. Electrical repairs such as outlets, hardwired lights, microwaves, washers and dryers. We manage 12 buildings with a total of 430 units. All require attention to detail to ensure residential satisfaction and maintain property regulations current. As needed occasional spiffing/cleaning up units and stage units prior to move in or showcase as model units.

• When first coming to Sunset Audi I began as a used car technician with the goal to grow into an Audi certified tech, after 5-6 months of progressing as a tech I felt the need to experience more than just wrenching away on cars since that’s all I ever known and done for an extent of time. Filling out a MPI (Multi-point inspection sheet) stating condition of vehicle (tires, brakes, fluids, damages, upcoming services, leaks) and keeping safety of all customers ensuring vehicles are safe to drive.

• Shoes, Hunting gear, Toys, Vintage items, Collectables. My job was a Material
• Handler, would unload and load semi-trucks with products using a pallet jack.
• When receiving, the product was taken to section for sorting and then once totes (bins) were sorted taking to designated areas. Was let go unfortunately for unknown reasons, was not told why and later received a letter in mail stating I had too many incidents.

• Was hired as a seasonal position, normal task of a customer service clerk, stock and organize store, clean restrooms, clean store, cashier. Worked up until Christmas over and then looked for a permanent job position.

• This Company focuses on programming cellphones to be used on numerous carriers. All through a third party programming system to access their computer and flash (program) the cellphone to work on the carrier desired. Was hired as a part-time employee that led to full time but the company lost a big account with one of their partners and unfortunately positions were cut, I was one of the new hires let go.
