I am a highly adaptive and communicative individual who strives for success in work and my personal life. My recent experience & commitment to a startup marketing agency has allowed me to gain full-circle understanding on all internal processes. I've been a fundamental component to low churn rates which has opened the door to overall growth. I understand not everything can always go to plan in business & that quick and efficient decision-making saves time in fast-paced industries. I am a confident and outgoing individual who works effectively both in a team and independently. I can engage and influence others effectively and I harness the ability to build strong connections and relationships with both clients and colleagues alike, exceeding expectations and understanding their needs.
I have a rare condition which is yet to be properly diagnosed. The umbrella term is Congenital Myopathy, which leaves me confined permanently to an electric wheelchair. Despite this, I strive to remain independent and overcome the challenges I face. Such as keeping fit and travelling abroad. I mention my disability not in search of sympathy, but to allow people to understand the hurdles I have overcome and hopefully to allow prospective employers to respect the resilience and determination required to do so. It is important to me that any potential employer is fully aware of my disability and to employ me on merit alone. I am driven to be just as good as, if not better, than my able-bodied counterparts.
