As a Memeber Experience Manager (Branch Manager) my responsibilties are to make sure the credit union runs smoothly on a day to day basis. Help answser the phones, and help with members questions and concerns,run transactions. if thier is someone out I make aure I help cover on the teller line, memeber service and also help cover the vault teller. Other responsibiities included doing car loans, payday loan, visa credit cards, raising debit card limits, opening and closing accounts and Home Equity Loans. I go out in the community and attend chambers events. Set up IRA accounts and do wire transfers money orders and cashier checks. Other responsibiltys include help keep the branch clean, order supplys for the branch and also go to anither branch and cover needed.
