To sum it all up, Im very passionate about being a server. I love connecting with people and being apart of their dining experience. My father and grandpa owned/ran places during the young years of my life so I take a special pride in being an great employee for a business owner and the people I work with! Leaving a positive impact, making money and growing is what im all about! I have worked in a handful of different types of places with different types of people to carry growth along the way.
At the point, I grew so much as an employee and overall person. I started there at 18 as a young server growing to be head server and floor manager. As a server, I learned how to work under pressure as it is a high volume tiki bar, work as a team with my peers to have a smooth and rewarding shift, delegate, upsell, and connect. As a manager, I learned how to control the floor and delegate the staff in all positions, take on others roles if need be, making a fair floor plan/schedule and communicate with customers to create the best experience for them. This was my main job for years and I love it so much, but with me relocating I need something closer and all year round!
