As a Barista Trainer and Coffee Master at Starbucks, I have the privilege of both leading and inspiring team members, while helping to create memorable experiences for our customers. I serve as a knowledgeable resource, guiding new baristas and experienced partners through the training process, ensuring they excel in delivering Starbucks’ exceptional service standards.

As a Behavioral Health Intern, I support the mental health and well-being of individuals through hands-on experience in clinical settings, working under the supervision of licensed professionals. My role involves assisting with assessments, treatment plans, and client support, while gaining valuable skills and knowledge in therapeutic techniques, case management, and crisis intervention.

Within this internship role, I ran all of the social media platforms for Ruthless Writer's Publication Company. This role included, but was not limited to, charting social media analytics, dealing with community engagement, scheduling posts and content strategy development.
