- Make 150-250 outbound calls per day in attempt to reach a right party
- Take inbound collection calls within 30 seconds of sitting queue
- Follow FDCPA guild lines while probing for payments
- Assist customer with payment resolutions in order to resolve delinquency on account
- Skip trace on accounts to ensure all possible information is current , in order to better reach the debtor
- Negotiate effectively in order to resolve matter of delinquency prior to matter being escalated to clients
- Take inbound escalation calls from representatives whom need a better talk off to resolve call
- Also provide additional help to representatives on escalation line
- Adhere to daily metrics and attendance policies
