Job overview

I played and worked as a chef on a train to perform for the show of the Polar Express. As a chef I got to:

  • Welcome guests aboard the train
  • Hand out pre-wrapped cookies to the guests
  • Pass out hot chocolate to the guests
  • Read the guests the tale of the Polar Express
  • Dance up and down the aisle to the hot chocolate song
  • Opened and closed the vestibules by myself
  • Helped set up the train cars for either the next show or to get it ready for the next day
  • Helped clean up and throw away trash from the train cars
  • About 150-200 people I saw each day I worked
