Accomplishments

I began my career at Ross in April of 2022. I started as a cashier and customer satisfaction has always been important to me. I love watching customers leave satisfied. I enjoy trying to beat my personal Cashier Performance Rate, it presents a challenge to improve myself. At the beginning of 2023 I started to learn other roles in the store. I trained in Stock and really came to enjoy that role. Throughout the year of 2023 I became cross trained in all areas. Switching between areas through the year I gained confidence and became a TRUE trainer. In February of 2024 I trained for cash office, something I was excited to learn. I also became a Back-up MOD during that time. In April 2024 I moved into a full time role. In July of 2024 I was promoted to an Area Supervisor. Since that time I have been working hard to improve myself and hit personal goals within my role.
