  • Stroke liaison with the Urgent Transfer Line, and has helped with workflows from PSC to CSC to ensure easier transition. Also, helped develop the workflow for ABMC to be a 'say yes' facility for all Large Vessel Occlusions. This helps promote and ensure patients stay within Ascension Illinois.
  • Navigate and ensure each hospital is ready for upcoming surveys (TJC, DNV). Successfully completed over 8 surveys in one year. Ensured action plans get submitted and approved. Help with communication with hospital leadership to ensure action plans are successful.
