Associate (levels 1):

- Learning the ropes of In n Out, being able to use the cash register, be in complete uniform everyday (that includes smiling and greeting customers properly), being able to work in a fast paced environment.

Associate (level 2):

- Hosting, being able to host customers in the dining room, as well as maintain a clean, and well stocked up facility.

Associate (level 3):

- Maintaining the Fry stations, multi-tasking potato cutting, and 10 fry baskets especially during rush hours, other tasks before level 3 are included.

• Providing customers with efficient service:
• Communication through phone, and/or in person
• Solving problems and issues when a error occurs
• Going above and beyond the call of duty (calling stores for stock if ours doesn't suit the requirements)
• Providing friendly, ministrative services to people away from my current position
