Some of my responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle mechanical and electrical problems, performing routine maintenance such as oil change, brake inspection, engine check, and battery service. I also assist customers by explaining repair needs and providing professional recommendations based on vehicle condition.

Completed all repair works according to company standards and safety procedures while supporting the workshop team in parts replacement, vehicle inspection, and quality control before delivery.

Additionally, I maintain proper documentation of service reports, vehicle history, and customer requests. I work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

• I have been working as an ICT Support and Multimedia Technician, responsible for providing technical support in computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and mobile device maintenance. My daily tasks include diagnosing and repairing smartphones, laptops, and desktop computers, ensuring proper system performance and customer satisfaction. In addition to technical support, I also work in graphic design and video editing, creating promotional content, social media visuals, and basic video productions for clients. I use different design and editing software to deliver high-quality digital content based on customer requirement
