My favorite hobbies are Listening to music, clean, take pictures, Paint, and have picnics in my front yard. All of these brings me peace and comfort which allowing me to protect my peace and get away from everyone from time to time. I usually do this every Sunday early in the morning  for a fresh restart to prepare for the week ahead of me.  It calms every nerve in my body which allows me to reflect on my past self and self-reflect on the things I need to get done in my work and also my mindset.
