This was my first introduction into a higher end restaurant, I got really familiar with open table and after the closure of our restaurant was Announced in January my other host and I were responsible with managing the massive amount of reservations that had been made. This included plotting weeks ahead, how server sections changed because of the influx of guest, and keeping up with the high standard of hospitality vespaio was known for.
High volume host position, which required running a wait list and keeping customers happy during long wait times.
Internship which included creating content, managing multiple social media accounts, tracking analytics, and video/ photo editing.
