- Support ALDI's global SAP industrialization initiative by working across stakeholder and technical teams for analysis, solution development, and implementation.
- Serve as the global point of contact for the ALDI US SAP industrialization initiative, leading and participating in bi-weekly calls with the global team and monthly or quarterly calls with 13 US department points of contact to identify and align business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across local and global departments (Buying, Supply Chain, NIT, Reporting, Operations, etc) to translate their needs into clear and actionable globally aligned solutions.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align project goals with business needs, enhancing transparency, collaboration, and to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Conduct audits of current business processes to maintain operational effectiveness and standards.
- Resolve 160 business process issues, improving communication and efficiency during SAP industrialization.
- Work closely with developers and analysts in testing and implementing new SAP Fiori software tools, Tableau dashboards, and reporting logics through Microsoft Excel Analysis for Office to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support end users by troubleshooting reporting issues and providing guidance on reporting tools and business processes.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support adoption of new reporting solutions.
