- Delaney at Parkway Lakes, Was highly involved in the start up process of this new community, implementing procedures, schedules, and contracts.
- Carriage Inn Katy, One of the buildings on the property had constant flooding issues for two years after construction. Multiple people tried to figure out the problem, including the Regional Plant Ops director, I was able to locate and correct the problem two days after it was brought to my attention.
