Samyak Dhruv

I am currently an internal medicine hospitalist with a keen interest in gastroenterology and hepatology. I have authored over 25 articles in prestigious journals. Recently, I received approval for my EB-1A green card petition. This is when USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) recognizes contributions of a researcher to the United States and expedites the US green card process. Additionally, I have been honored with two 'Outstanding Poster Presenter Awards' at ACG 2020. My career goal is to advance research in gastroenterology and to prevent the development of hepatocellular carcinoma by adjusting screening guidelines for patients with liver cirrhosis.

• Achieved Gold Medal named 'Raibahadur Dr. Jaising P.Modi and Smt. Magalagauri Modi Medal' for the subject 'Forensic Medicine and Toxicology' in January 2013 examination.
• Secured rank in the Top 50 (top 10 %) in Gujarat University in 2nd and 3rd MBBS. (Medical School)
• Scored 92, 96 and 99 percentiles in Inservice exams during the residency of internal medicine. (This exam is conducted all across the United States and compares all the Internal Medicine residents across the country)
