Built an LLM-powered support assistant using RAG architecture to automate customer query responses.

• Designed and implemented a chatbot that uses LangChain to orchestrate vector-based retrieval and OpenAI LLMs for accurate, contextual answers.
• Embedded a knowledge base (FAQs, support articles) using OpenAI embeddings and stored in FAISS for semantic search.
• Integrated a RAG pipeline where relevant chunks were retrieved and passed into a custom prompt to generate precise responses.
• Optional UI built in Streamlit to simulate real-time support chat; handled user session memory using LangChain’s memory components.
