After many years as an educator for Elementary school, I fulfilled my passion for health care and became a Registered Nurse. At the time when my career shifted to nursing it overlapped with the start of our family. As a result, I took the opportunity to raise my two children. My experience as an educator and nurse served me well in raising my children. As an educator I needed to be inspiring, kind and positive; as a nurse I needed to be compassionate, patient, empathetic and sensitive; as a Mother I needed to serve lessons of courage, strength and hope. I think these all perfectly describe me. I am passionate about motherhood, nursing and education. My children are now older and I am eager to continue my passion towards nursing.
