Over saw three H & R Block Tax Offices including Marwood, Plainfield and Greencastle IN. Was responsible for ensuring that the office was operational and fully staffed to provide services for clients requiring tax services. Coordinated CSP and ATL roles, managing appointment scheduling, client greetings, and support functions for tax associates.

In addition, as we did have shortages of tax associates, prepared approximately 200 plus tax returns.

I also was a multi-unit tax leader for two tax seasons. Prior to that, was a Team Lead for Greencastle Indiana.

Prior to that was a Tax associate and prepared taxes.

• Oversaw financial management processes, ensuring budget adherence and resource allocation.
• Oversaw approximately 7 million square feet in 7 states from a property management standpoint
