Ensure the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests within Comerica Park, including the physical assets of the park.

Provide direct supervision over the team of 24/7 Security Representatives and a team of Crowd Managers to include scheduling, training, mentoring and disciplinary action when required

Ensure Security Representatives and Crowd Mangers are properly trained.

Respond to alarms and incidents to support and supervise the responding security personnel.

Supervise and assist with operation of the cctv system.

Oversee the Comerica Park ID badging and credentialing systems allowing access to Comerica Park.

Write coherent professional incident reports.

Assist State and Local Law Enforcement when needed.

Assisted the Court Operations Supervisor with monthly reports.

Assisted the Deputy U.S. Marshals escorting prisoners to Court Hearings.

Assisted with processing new arrestees when they arrived to the USMS Cellblock.

As the Judicial Securty Inspector for the Eastern District of Michigan I was tasked with overseeing the security of all of the courthouses in the district as well coordinate security for the Judges and U.S. Attorneys. I oversaw 119 Court Security Officers and managed a 5 million dollar budget.

I created and managed the operational plans for high threat/media trials including the City of Detroit Bankruptcy and Kwame Kilpatrick trials among others.

In my position as a Deputy U.S. Marshal. I conducted complex fugitive investigations that spanned the country. I assisted State and Local Law Enforcement while working on the Local fugitive task force. I ensured the safety of Judges and Court rooms during hearings with in custody defendants and also over saw Cellblock operations in the Federal Court House
