- Liaison for management and staff to assist with any issues in out patient Occupational Therapy. Contact person for resolution of patient issues or schedule concerns with PSR team for Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
- Liaison for hand surgeons and staff to address any concerns that arise. Assist with coordinating patient schedules for walk ins, same day evals, and post op evals or follow up appointments after MD appt.
- Assist in immediate resolutions for patient concerns and issues to improve patient satisfaction.
- Template building and management for out patient Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. PTO schedules and coverage for Occupational Therapy. PTO template closures for out patient Speech.
