• Built relationships with vendor representatives for training, product knowledge updates, and freight.

Partnered with trade professionals, such as interior designers, builders, and plumbers, to support projects. A lot of these leads were cold-called or B2B.

• Coordinated with shipping and logistics to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries, while following up with clients to secure satisfaction, and sales opportunities.

With no prior plumbing knowledge, I completed extensive training and successfully generated a six figure plumbing quote for a Port Royal builder on a project.
