Administered vaccines to 70-80 patients per shift under the supervision of RN.

Assisted my preceptor with med pass, patient care , reaching out to physician, patient education and documentation.

Worked in L&D, postpartum and icu. I had hands on experiences with ventilators, iv drips and learned how to function in highly stressful sutations.

• Monitored and took care of 4 patients daily.
• Updated patient charts with data such as medications to keep records current and support accurate treatments.
• Collected blood, and other laboratory specimens and prepared for lab testing.
• Provided direct patient care, stabilized patients, and determined next course of action.
• Helped baby nurses with new skills and educated on different topics.
• Monitor and communicate patient health status with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and
  patient care professionals
