  • Led a team of 54 Operation support Engineers which is including 9 Linux Administrators, and 8 Windows Engineers, 4 Network administrator,9 Database administrator, 12 Midlleware support engineer, 12 Vmware & Storage admins who were spread across multiple locations USA and India. Our team provided 24x7x365 L2 support to the Production / Stage / Pre-prod environments hosted on Data ceneter,store system and Private cloud . We managed environment through multiple tool like SCCM ,SCOM ,Ansible and Puppet for kernel patching, vulnerabilities and monitoring.
  • Developed and mentored highly skilled a live services team based in different locations with a DevOps mind-set to deliver exceptional targets for customer satisfaction, availability, performance, information security, employee satisfaction and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Improved quick and accurate triage of issues reported and either escalating them to L4/other teams for support or resolving them with existing SOPs. I was also responsible for scheduling and applying the latest OS security and vulnerability patches by coordinating with L4, Windows & Linux-Infra, and Application owners.
  • I led the coordination of after-hours activities, on-call support, and major incident escalations. I also followed up on after-action reporting, lessons learned, and root cause analysis activities.
  • One of my notable achievements was Deployed ignio AIOPS automation tool in the Customer Data center, resulting in cost savings of $600K. Furthermore, I was accountable for providing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the L1 & L2 team, which increased the first-time resolution rate by 70%.
  • Deployed ignio AIOPS tool and developed with59+ use case and configured it in IT operation command center which its started closing 3000+ incident autonomously.
  • Collaborated across various functions to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. Additionally, I facilitated cross-functional meetings to guide and steer large project teams effectively.
