About me

  • I was born and raised in Venezuela. I came to the United States as an adult, with my family, in November of 1991 and am proud to say I am now a Citizen of the United States. I worked hard to learn English. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am a resourceful, hardworking, dedicated, motivated, self-starter. I am a positive, fun-loving, high energy person, dedicated to excellent Customer Service, and most importantly, I am passionate about Southwest Airlines!
  • I started my own business in September of 2002, which provided me the freedom to raise my kids and provided the financial stability we needed. As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and all the restrictions that came with it, I was forced to close down my shop in March of 2020, and find another way to earn a living. I was blessed to have joined The Home Depot Team, where I have received so much love, training and support. I have given my 100% every time I go to work, and it has resulted in two promotions since I began in March of 2020.
  • The first time I flew Southwest I had such a great time. I talked with a couple of the Flight Attendants that shared their SWA experience! They told me I would fit right in! I got off the plane determined to, one day, become a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines! I could see myself doing this and loving it! With my business closed, I am finally free to pursue this dream. I believe I have a lot to offer for the continued growth and support of this great Company. I look forward to beginning my career at Southwest Airlines if you will give me the opportunity to become part of the Southwest Family!
