During my 16 years at City Park, I held many different teaching positions ranging from K - 5th grades. For five years I taught 4th and 5th grade Math and Reading Early Intervention Program in a pull out model of no more than 14 students in which were identified by their Georgia CRCT scores. I taught one year in 2 nd grade, 3 rd grade, 4 th grade and two years in Kindergarten. After my seventh year, I was asked to go through Reading Recovery training through Georgia State University, and then ended my time in elementary teaching in a 3 rd grade homeroom class.
