As a Senior Product Manager at Elevance Health, a Fortune 20 digital health technology company, I have spearheaded initiatives that solves customer problems, enhance user engagement, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach. Below are few flagship projects that showcase my strategic leadership and impactful contributions in Product Management.

 1. Pharmacy Audit Automation Workbench

• Led the launch of an End-to-End Pharmacy audit application, drove the Product roadmap and scaled it from 0 states to 14+ states across all lines of Business at Elevance.
• Leveraged cutting edge AI and UiPath RPA technology to build and scale the app for all Market Segments across the company including Commercial and Government Business Divisions.
• Drove the performance efficiency of Auditors by 82% and reduced the turn around time for completion of Audit by 85%.

2. Consumer Transparency Initiative

• Responsible for portfolio of digital solutions enabling customers to search for high-quality, cost-effective care across Anthem's nationwide network.
• Defined and executed strategy for consumer transparency solutions including provider directory and cost estimation tools.
• Led the API and Data Management development teams for launch of next-generation care and cost transparency platform.
• Onboarded 300+ customers and rolled it out to 14+ states across Anthem's Commercial Market segment.
• Successfully opened up platform for finding and getting appropriate care across consumer web portal and mobile app channels.

3. Anthem Engage App

• Responsible for leading the creation of new Multi-million dollar world-class personalized healthcare assistant app by partnering with a startup based out of San francisco, California.
• Spearheaded the Product team and rolled out the Product to 10M+ customers including National Account members for Anthem’s affiliated health plans.
• Led the Product roadmaps and collaborated with Key business stakeholders and external partners to ensure on-time Product releases and successful customer launches.

4. Asthma Digital Case Study

• Played a key role in launching of Asthma Digital Study, with 900 Patients - Partnered with Apple and UC Irvine - (announced at Keynote Sep 2020).
• Lead strategic partnership with in-house Digital Innovation team by providing technical, and execution expertise.
