Oversee a 5-store mini district while increasing colleague retention and customers satisfaction
Provide feedback, set short-term and long-term goals for stores in order to positively impact the district and enterprise
Focus on root cause analysis of stores in the district that are underperforming or not performing at their highest potential
Perform pharmacist duties such as drug therapy review, drug interventions and medication management
Follow-up with patients on new fills, adherence issues, answer any of their questions/concerns, and overcome common barriers for patients such as cost of therapy and unwanted side effects
Provide clinical expertise regarding usage of medication, interactions, side effects, and over-the-counter products to ensure optimal therapy
