Implement ABA treatment programs written by BCBA, organize recreation based interventions for clients, plan and facilitate community events, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team, communicate with colleagues and families, attend meetings and trainings as required

Assess patients on Behavioral Health Unit and create treatment goals upon admission, complete weekly progress notes, attend treatment team meetings, conduct recreational therapy groups, conduct one to one therapeutic interventions, chart group participation and behavior notes in electronic medical records, communicate on a daily basis with nursing, physician, and social work department

Manage a department staff, attend weekly care plan meetings, attend daily leadership clinical meetings, plan and prepare therapy programs for 200 Veteran clients, prepare and maintain initial assessments, annual assessments, and progress notes, ensure annual budget is maintained

Planning and conducting therapy programs for 200 Veteran clients, transport of clients to out of facility events, preparing and maintaining progress notes and assessments, updating and attending care plan meetings for a 50 client unit, assisting nursing and restorative staff as needed
