I have over twenty-one years of experience in the restaurant/foodservice industry. I worked for thirteen years at Chili’s Bar & Grill. During this time, I worked as a Hostess, Food Expo, Busser, Server, Bartender and Manager. It was not an easy decision but in 2019 after getting offered a better opportunity, I moved on to work for Skyport Hospitality at Denver International Airport. I worked as a restaurant Manager at Aviator’s Sports Bar & Grill and then went on to become the General Manager for one of Skyport’s largest revenue-creating concepts, Pour La France. During this time, I developed proficiency in leading teams and growing revenue, increasing employee productivity, as well as conflict resolution and mediation skills involving employees and customers that are necessary to succeed as a General Manager.
