Designed, transported, and installed floral arrangements for large-scale functions such as weddings and corporate events. Focused on the ability to design for up to four weddings in the same work week and complete each installation in a timely manner with exemplary craftsmanship.

Administered 1:1 ABA therapy to up to four clients at a time on personal caseload. Observed, monitored and recorded problem behaviors through accurate behavior-consequence data collection, graphs and anecdotal notes. Worked primarily with clients aged years two to nine. Extensively worked with clients on toilet-training and feeding goals.

Strongly honed skills in multitasking. Often was required to handle multiple projects simultaneously and focus on each task adequately. Conducted functional behavior assessments, functional analysis, preference assessments and assessments of basic learning and language skills to identify target behaviors and purpose of behaviors.

Collaborated with client's support system and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions. Prevented and intervened with clients' challenging behaviors by utilizing functional communication and alternative behaviors.
