• Supervise a team of six West Coast communities in leading Jewish programming and engagement to reach young couples of diverse backgrounds with at least one Jewish partner on the fringes of organized Jewish life through immersive experiences, local offerings, and thorough and strategic engagement work
• Supervise a team of nine staff: two Rabbinic Interns, five full time Directors of Community Engagement, and two part-time or partnership engagement staff

Analyze quarterly management reports, P&L statements, financial reports, environmental and government relations reports, personnel reports, and liability reports to advise one shareholder on operations and strategy at three aerospace processing companies: Morrell's Electroplating Inc, Bowman Plating Inc, and Fine Quality Metal Finishing Inc.

• Property Management: manage short term and long term rental units; show properties to perspective tenants, contacted references, and obtained background information; facilitate rental agreements, property refinancing, property audits, and maintenance repairs

• Coordinated large scale fundraising Women of Achievement Luncheon in April, 2022 with 250+ attendees and raised over $300,000 in net profit
• Managed four lay leadership advisory boards in the western region with monthly meetings and events
• Developed donor engagement and funding cause strategies for high net worth individuals
• Planned and produced September and October, 2022 annual gala events in Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley that raised about $3M

• Created and managed Religious School curriculum for K-12th grade
• Hired and managed a team of 10 teachers and coordinators
• Produced annual Purim Carnival fundraiser
• Created and managed annual budget of about $40,000 for Religious School and $25,000 Young Adult Program

2020-2021 Achievements

• Solicited and received over $50,000 in grant monies for new young adult programming and Covid response youth programming from private foundation and multiple Jewish community foundations
• Oversaw young adult kickstart initiative beginning in November, 2020 including conducting market research, hiring and managing program coordinator, building a young professional board, and producing program content and events that served over 150 Jewish Young Adults in Orange County at the time

• Co-founded and co-authored national StandWithUs high school department, high school internship program, and overall teen Israel education engagement strategy 
• Annually managed and mentored 22 high school interns in five states and educated teens on how to inform others about Israel through advocacy, public relations, and coalition building
• Created innovative educational programs, presentations, materials, and conferences about Middle East geopolitics and history
• Executed public speaking tours with over 7,000 attendees
