I am a part of the department's 'Care Committee', The Moneypenny Tully's. I am the voice of my team, and coworkers outside of my direct leadership. I help plan, create, and manage monthly events that help boost the morale of the company. I dedicate my own time to ensure that employees feel heard/acknowledged. I volunteer for after hour work events, anything from childcare needs at local elementary schools, Rainbow Village drives, Hosea Feed the Hungry/Homeless, etc. I have a passion for helping others in need.
