-Correct any errors in the missing in registration queue at check in
-work on pre registration missing information queue
-Managed over a team of Certified Medical Assistants, Practice Support Specialists, and Medical Records. (19 CMAs, 10 PSS, 7 Medical Records)

-Works closely with the Quality Analysis and other departments to produce processes and pulling reports for NCQA(National Committee for Quality Assurance) needed for the facility to be a PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home).
