• No Full time veterinarian so had to keep the hospital staffed since June of 2023 when previous vet retired. By use of personal references, or contracting companies (indevet, evette staffing.)

Handled multiple lines on the telephone, patients in exam room and clients checking in and invoicing out. Often times only one on staff.

Can also assist with some tech skills, phlebotomy, running labs, animal restraint

Got vaccines/injections drawn up for the veterinarian

Restrained animals for the veterinarian.

Got history and vitals in the room prior to vet entering.

Assisted in set up surgery and also monitored surgical patients.

Ran labs in house (GHP, CBC, Lytes) along with Fecal testing.
