Effectively and efficiently served as project manager and subject matter expert, interacting directly with customers as it pertained to schedule distribution, publication, and Tier 3 customer support on the proprietary system. Accountable for data base administration, with the primary function being to facilitate customer use of Sabre's software related to flow of passenger air travel.
