In this role, I am responsible for cultivating a culture of belonging, discipleship, and care at Bright City. My responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting leaders and apprentices for Missional Communities (groups).
• Overseeing the Connect Team and cultivating a welcoming, relational Sunday environment.
• Serving as a primary Sunday host, helping people take next steps.
• Shepherding individuals and families through prayer, discernment, and presence.
• Supervising and supporting our Kids Director and Local Impact Coordinator through regular check-ins, coaching, and goal setting.

• Developed personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress evaluations.
• Facilitated individual and group counseling sessions, fostering emotional growth and resilience.
• Implemented therapeutic activities and trauma-informed practices to enhance coping strategies and promote mental well-being.
• Collaborated with community organizations to provide resources and support for clients in need.

• Implemented differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Developed engaging lesson plans to enhance student learning and understanding of core subjects.
• Collaborated with parents to ensure student success both in and outside of the classroom.

• Developed and implemented comprehensive health education curriculum aligned with state standards for grades K-9.
• Facilitated engaging classroom discussions on health topics, promoting critical thinking among 9th grade students.
• Conducted assessments to evaluate student understanding and application of health concepts.
• Coached Varsity Girls' Soccer by planning and implementing daily practices and regular season games.
