- Review painting and construction contracts, including change orders, schedule of values, and amendments.
- Work with vendors on all aspects of construction/painting material ordering (placing orders, accounts payables, scheduling, discrepancies, etc).
- Audit construction/painting project balances monthly, including accounts receivable reports and following up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction and painting project-related expenses to facilitate budget tracking.
- Process, prepare, and track billing of construction projects per contract specifications.
- Point of contact for homeowners associations, resident, clients for billing, problem solving, damaged property, and general questions.
