• Turn or reposition patients (to prevent bed sores)
• Help patients walk or transfer (bed ↔ wheelchair)
• Monitoring & basic medical tasks:
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temp, pulse, oxygen)
• Check blood sugar levels
• Report changes to nurses
• Sometimes draw blood or do EKGs (depending on training)

Support tasks:

• Feed patients or help them eat
• Keep rooms clean and stocked
• Provide comfort and emotional support

Clinical duties (hands-on patient care):

• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
• Prepare patients for exams
• Assist doctors during procedure
• Change dressings / wound care
