- Accomplishments: covered new last minute assignment/special from client within less than a hour had a security officer on special detail on multiple occasions . Responded into work with one hour or less notice on many emergencies, made decisions in emergencies under stress and pressure while maintaining clients expectations, successfully supervised all guards through the night, started the job with no experience and became advanced to where I supervise mostly all guards under with Cps contracted by Northwell which is 140-170 guards.
