
I will always present myself as an outgoing, charismatic, patient and present person in and outside of work. When being presented or creating myself a new opportunity, I will offer these qualities with a willingness to learn from other successors in the field. To keep an honest relationship strong and consistent, I will offer a team work attitude that guarantees collaboration of all parties but also the best interest at hand in directing our efforts towards our goal. This being done by the simple mindset of, "Once finding the problem, find the solution." Through my previous experiences of working at a high level or was demanding myself to offer such, I find myself always focusing on building relationships with individuals/groups by delivering ongoing satisfaction to build strong referral base to generate new leads. While also seeking their best interests in the customer/company's needs.

These classes opening my awareness and teaching me of cultural differences within sales management with in and off shore clients. Learning to understand and recognize differences and boundaries from different cultural beliefs. Most important how to strategically plan projects with the understanding of new partners and their differences. Teaching me a new awareness when collaborating with new partners.
