While I've had only a few jobs since high school it's because I stay at a job for a long time. In any position low or high on the totem pole I enjoy learning different areas of each job. With each job I've had I've been brought into a leadership position. This enables learning and growing daily. Each job I've had has been in a different industry, and I've been able to excel at each one. I enjoy growth for myself, and for a team. Being a team player makes it easy to slide in and out of leadership roles. I'm able to work with the team as a leader not as a boss. I've been blessed in each job I've worked, but I'm constantly looking for growth in myself. As a fast learner this has enabled switching from job to job with ease. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about any past positions, I'd be happy to elaborate. I am diplomatic and friendly with proven commitment to employee training. Hardworking team player bringing necessary experience and knowledge to tackle any operational demand.
