Starting at TGS Fiber I maintained all locates and city permits on an excel sheet for the entire state of Arkansas. As time went on I grew into who I needed to be to help promote the success and functionality of the company. After many title changes and many diverse responsibilities I found myself doing anything from hauling trailers around the state to a more daunting task of managing fleet and assets. I had a tough challenge ahead of me considering I had a piece of notebook paper and a pen to write down all Vin Numbers and descriptions of the assets. I now oversee all assets for the company. My responsibilities include Overseeing the GPS's & DOT, I assist in the sale and trade of vehicles & equipment, Overseeing titles and registrations, Overseeing the maintenance and care of all assets, Tracking inventory of uniforms and tools, monthly audits, Ensure timely and accurate reports to TAK, Entering in maintenance to CRM, and traveling the state for various fleet related issues. I work tirelessly to ensure that the employees in our vehicles have knowledge about vehicle safety sunday - saturday and have all of the proper safety equipment on hand when it is needed.

I Inspected all telecom fiberoptic and coaxial lines to insure that the billing and performance was up to the companies standard. This was a temporary position that was held until the completion of the project. I ensured that all of the work done matched what was billed for and reported to the customer about engineering errors and concerns for the safety of my team. I also conducted weekly safety reports that included vehicle safety and job safety, ensuring that everyone was up to DOT and OSHA standards.

Traveled to Comcast work sites throughout central Arkansas and performed a survey of the site and existing lines. I mapped out pre- construction plans for the work that was to be completed. Responsible for customer contact and obtaining permission to start construction of fibroptic lines. After visiting site I would correct the maps that were given by comcast engineer's and send comcast a new map and estimate along with a BOM. I adhered strictly to NEC guidelines and minorly used Auto CAD. All of the work I performed was done on adobe and P2. I maintained good communications skills with the customer, comcast and my team.
