  • Because of my experience in marketing I was brought in to build the marina's Carefree Boat Club from the ground up. I managed the boat club, marina slips, fuel inventory, and relationships with the boaters all while maintaining my personal sales quota.
  • I also fulfill the duties of front house manager at the connected restaurant as well as serving tables. I greeted every customer with a smile, creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere. I met all of my customer's needs while doing my part to ensure the restaurant ran smoothly.

  • During my time here I worked on marketing campaigns and doing face to face sales for Sam's Club, Kroger and Just Energy. Because of my excellent work on these campaigns I was chosen to spear head the opening of a new branch in Cincinnati, as I was originally based out of Huntington.
  • I maintained my status as not only the highest producing leader in the office but also one of the highest in the nation. Consistently I stayed between the 1st-7th rank of sales closed nationally every week, not dropping below 4th place during my last 9 weeks with this company.
  • Beyond my personal sales I had a plethora of other responsibilities; I was entrusted with the hiring process, running orientation, the training of all my team members, payroll and scheduling for my team. Possibly my greatest responsibility was offering my team the guidance necessary to get our maximum output and sustain our spot as top team in the office.
  • Competitive environments are gasoline to my personal fiery motivation, but as I climbed the ladder of this company and began to grow my own team of sales reps I learned the importance of team unity. This position taught me how to be a leader and team player at the same time.

  • In this position I was responsible for developing and conducting a diverse range of outreach initiatives aimed at increasing public awareness of environmental issues related to the park. In addition to the educational initiatives I also led tours throughout the extensive cave system, organized entertainment programs like drive in movies and formal dinners, and most excitingly I ran adventure excursions like rappelling, paddle boarding and spelunking.
  • I also secured grant funding for park improvements through thorough research and persuasive proposal writing, an example of this would be the trail crew camps I helped develop that spanned across Kentucky park systems. This allowed construction crews to spend one week at a time at each park to build trail infrastructure like bridges and help with general trail maintenance.
