I am a passionate person who strives for greatness. I am seeking for a new opportunity due to my medical situation to grow in other ways. I want to succeed in every aspect and succeed with the team I’m positioned with. I can’t explain with words the difference I can make without physically showing, but every person can do great things if they are willing and I am willing.

• Managed 4 locations, handling billing and accounting, getting Parker’s set up for monthly/daily parking.
• Handled difficulties with garages: Broken pipes, leaks, bad lighting, break-ins, stolen vehicles, crashes, towing vehicles, ticketing vehicles, etc.
• Resolving conflict with problem-solving skills.
• Tracking projects with vendors, getting gates fixed and doors fixed.
• Getting homeless people removed from the locations I managed.
• Handling budgets for clients and tracking revenue and reports.

I’ve proven success for all jobs I’ve held, departing all jobs on good terms with ability to return if necessary. Teamwork makes the dream work will forever be words I will live by. You cannot work in a world of success if you can’t work as a team. That's why I make sure I achieve what I do at any job as an employee. I’m an extremely hard worker and will always go above and beyond for anything I put my mind to. I have computer skills and customer service skills. I have always done overtime for numerous jobs. I’m available whenever I’m needed. I will do everything I can in my power to succeed in more than one category. I strive to do better and help others strive too. I am more than willing to accept any position that's necessary and can be available for any time, I'm extremely flexible with time. I would love to make everyone feel welcome for not just the clients but collogues as well. I’m very positive in myself and my personality and will always do what I can to make others smile. I have been known to make customers feel welcome and at ease by going the extra mile and making them feel as if they are family.
