Savannah Wheeler

Upon the start of Savannah's presence in the restaurant industry, she took the position of a host, where she greeted and sat guests on rotation to provide servers with an equal amount of tables. She accommodated guests with children and special needs to provide a comfortable dining experience. She checked dining and serving areas to verify proper cleanliness and readiness for guests. She developed long-term relationships with customers to increase opportunities for repeat business.

Savannah was shortly moved up to expo, where she provided customers with their dishes. She assisted servers in bussing tables when needed during busy periods. Savannah maintained contact with kitchen and serving staff to properly handle dining details and address concerns.

Lastly, the final position she was promoted to was To-Go cashier, where she managed the To-Go area while taking phone calls, placing orders, and providing customers with their pick-up orders. She balanced cash drawers and maintained cleanliness of lobby area, including wiping down tables and chairs, at the end of each shift.
