• Review Service bulletins, component performances with repair vendors and develop solutions to mitigate failures.
• Identify, design, and build clever tooling, fixturing, inspection and automation solutions either directly or by working with other UPS resources.
• Analyze operational/maintenance data and identifying system root cause to implement effective solutions.
• Provide engineering orders, substantiations, reports, maintenance manual changes and alerts to communicate /justify maintenance actions.
• Manage functional analysis and requirements allocation related to evaluating software specification compliance and determining required corrections to meet regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing STC packages and familiarity with process to aid post modification maintenance queries.
• Manage project from cradle to completion which includes defining scope, approval for resources, schedule, initiation, start-up, design, deployment, and implementation.
• Track and balance multiple ongoing projects, Mid project reviews, project progression to ensure achievement of completion goals and reliability improvement simultaneously.
• Train/assist the Aircraft Maintenance team with troubleshooting of aircraft systems using electrical schematics, systems diagrams, and manufacturing requirements to isolate faults that include sensors, actuators, motors, switches, etc.
• Design electrical harnesses and test boxes to perform various tests on aircraft avionics and systems.

• Facility management for UPS Global operations Center, Flight Training center, Simulator building, Aircraft material distribution center, Wheel and Brake shop, Hangar, Air Service Center, at Louisville, Kentucky and Anchorage gateway flight simulator training center at Anchorage, Alaska.
• Project planning, estimates, appropriation, presentation at REFCO and project implementation in timely manner.
• Manage third party vendors to perform PMIs, repairs and housekeeping.

• Use Liebert Nform software tool to monitor the condition of networked equipment, such as uninterrupted power supply, ECU, and Site manager to track alarms for temperature, humidity and mechanical breakdown and to take action based on the alarm.
• Use SCADA system to monitor parcel flow and take action by sending mechanics to perform maintenance when necessary.
• Log and perform PMI of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations and emergency lighting.
• Allocate funds and create budget for monthly and yearly expenses and record it in QPR system.
